The History
In Los Angeles back in 1995, a couple of skateboard shop owners and a pro skater named Tim Gavin had a vision to create a footwear brand designed specifically for skateboarding. DVS, as they originally named it, has today become a globally recognized force in the footwear market, yet the founding partners haven't wavered from the mantra the brand was built on - made for skaters, by skaters.
