All Darkstar wheels are guaranteed against manufacturers defects and flatspotting for a period of 120 days from the date of purchase, or withing the first 5% of wear from the original wheel size (Whichever comes first.) If there is a problem with your Darkstar wheels, send them back to Darkstar along with proof of purchase in order to receive your replacement.

All Darkstar decks are guaranteed against breakage, delamination, and warpage due to manufacturer defects and does not cover intentional breakage, or unintentional breakage due to misuse.
